Happy Birthday, Sophia!

March 17th, is undoubted the Irish’s day, the 18th, however, is truly belonging to Sophia. And today, the person that gave life to Erika the Vamp, Lady Penelope, Kate, *blush* Islode...and Freya, of course, turns 30. 2009 has been a rather disappointing year for my favourite Brit, in terms of film appearances, but Sophia is still only 30, and potential like no other actresses I could name, so, Sophia; 2010 shall indeed become your year. In here address to the fans at sophiamyles.org she tells that’s she’s back in front of the camera (which I waited for since I bought Outlander in September), and what ells could I do than cross my fingers white and bite nails to my elbow? At least I hope to see her back on screen in something Hallam Foe-ish/Victorian-ish setting during the summer or autumn. Perhaps not too grown up, but, I kind of miss her. (It’s her birthday, I should be allowed to say such then) I’ll probably never meet her, never speak to her, or hug her, but I still adore her. And that will not change. It is some persons you really can’t explain the reason or depth in the way you look at a stranger, and Miss Myles is, I guess I could say, my own little (distance) crush. But, she makes me smile, that’s enough for me.

Happy birthday, and keep on shining.

Happy Birthday, Sophia!

Today my favorit actress, Sophia Myles, have her 29th birthday! The English Rose recently played major rolles in the, in my view, extraordinary enchanting vampire drama Moonlight, who some bastards manage to cancle, and in here very last movie she were acting as a Norwegian Viking Princess in Outlander. Add her participation in Hallam Foe, as a Irish upper class lady in the Abduction Club, as the unlucky, but charming and soon quite fang possesing Lucy in Dracula, as the mythical Isolde of Ireland in Tristan & Islode and not to forget her as Miss Penelope in Thunderbirds: the first character to legalize the wearing of the Pink, AND, finally, as Erika the Vamp in Underworld: it isn't that sensational that I have embraced here several years ago. Therefor will I use the occation to add her as a...interest...which I asume that Scaramouche would agree quite alot on, in my profile.

I have been captivated in here smile since I by a coincidence tumbled over Underworld back in 2004, and it should be mentioned that that smile wasn't that adorable at that above, it was was a evil one. And I loved it...and still love it now 5 years later. Strange how black lether dresses, fangs and smoke (smoke kills, unless you are a vampire and may give a damn i the national health authorithies) may be so...dark...sexy. *Cough* Well...I have only concluded that Erika is still alive(she just dissapear from the story), and I'm still waiting for a sequel with miss Myles's Erika as main character. I really do. She's most welcome. A Tristan & Isolde 2 is also most welcomed. I really want to now is she got back to Ireland, and it wouldn't hurt to give us a hint where to find her. And yeah, that should also been mentioned; to be a Vicar daughter from Notting Hill she's marvellous taking accents; what other factors then her achievements in Tristan & Islode made it possible for me to actually have happy dreams about being a castaway at Erinn's shores?

And all the kisses and hugs from a fan normally quite moderat and reserved towards the most emotional celebrations.

Cheers to you, mi Lady, and curse on CBS.
