In the wake of the Semi-Finales of the 2009 European Song Contest the Faculty want to send our greatings to the people of the Russian Federation and the Voting Committee of the ESC, for holding the most democratic election in newer Russian history. We are quite positive to the development and look forward to broaden our relations to promote charity and prosperity between us.
